FAQ - Shipping, Delivery Times & Custom Orders
Welcome to our FAQ section. Here you will find answers to the questions we are asked most frequently. If you cannot find your answer, we look forward to you contacting us.
All items in stock are shipped on the same business day if your order is received by 5:00 PM. Our mail shipments are dispatched daily at 8:00 PM.
To keep shipping costs low for you, we use the following as standard:
• Postal delivery for €2.50 for orders up to €500
• From €500 we ship via DHL or UPS
Upon request, we can also ship via DPD, FedEx or GO! Express.
If an item is not directly available, you will immediately receive a binding delivery date from us. We provide active information - without you having to inquire.
Our standard items are usually available immediately and are shipped daily. Custom-made products require a little more time depending on the effort involved. We will inform you of the individual date in advance.
Yes, of course. We flexibly manufacture deviating lengths, engraving depths and customer-specific designs by arrangement.
