1. Precise date stamps for every application
Our date stamps (often referred to as date indicators or date adjusters) are the classics of identification standard parts. They are used for precise date marking directly in the molded part.
Variety of series: From the inexpensive DK/DA series with height adjustment to the DAP series for thin-walled parts and the highly specialized DAC series for rubber injection molding.
Innovation through technology: Our top technological product, the DAR series (indexing stamp), offers up to 60 finely graduated indexing positions. This patented system guarantees absolute protection against rotation – the higher the injection pressure, the tighter the locking.
Flexible mounting: Thanks to the F series (DAF, DARF, DAPF), our stamps can be conveniently mounted from the mold side, which considerably reduces maintenance times.

The new DAP
All date stamps from Walz consist of a base body and adjusting insert. Our marking stamps are simply pressed or screwed into injection molds and are used to identify:

2. Versatile inserts for individual markings
In addition to the pure date indication, many components require additional information. Our inserts are manufactured to tolerance M6 and are ideally suited for pressing into the mold.
Standard engravings: We supply inserts with food symbols, CE markings, recycling symbols or prodmarkers from stock.
Dimensions: Available in diameters from 3 mm to 16 mm and in standard lengths of 10 mm or 20 mm, suitable for every mold making (from micro to heavy tool making).
3. High-quality indexing inserts as the centerpiece
The setting insert is the moving component within an identification stamp. Walz Normalien offers universal and specialized solutions here:
Series SE and SK: Our all-rounders, suitable for almost all common date clocks on the market.
Series SEC: Conical indexing inserts for maximum tightness to prevent material penetration at high pressure.
Series SER (indexing inserts): A real upgrade highlight. With the SER insert, you can easily convert existing stamps into an indexing stamp without height adjustment, without having to replace the entire base body.
